I have taught all levels of undergraduate physics and some first year graduate courses. I also was a consultant doing accident reconstructions for fatal motor vehicle accidents for the State of Maine and private attorneys in Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts. I was the Assistant Editor of the American Journal of Physics for two years and served on the Advisory Board for three years. I have published 35 research papers in peer reviewed journals, and one an award from the State of Maine for a course I created called "Einstein, the Man and His Ideas." I also won four research grants, two from Bates College, one from the Research Corporation, and one from the National Science Foundation.
