She received her Bachelor of Science in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University and her Masters of Science in Nutrition from Lehman College. With almost 10 years of experience in the field of nutrition, Nicolle has worked in various settings such as the New York State Department of Health, Center for Discovery, and WellTech. Through these experiences, she has developed a strong understanding of dietary needs and the impact of nutrition on overall health. Nicolle believes in the power of food as medicine and works closely with her clients to create personalized nutrition plans that fit their unique needs and lifestyles. She is dedicated to staying updated on the latest research and trends in nutrition to provide the best possible care for her clients. In her free time, Nicolle enjoys experimenting with new recipes and staying active through activities such as hiking and yoga.
