The basis of career consists of such three lines like investigation, data analysis and teaching. My unique background allows me to work with any type of data quickly with the high accuracy. I've developed a unique method of work tasks assignment and individual training of staff using a multi-level competency model. The main aim to allow employers use company knowledge as smoothly as possible and organize an ongoing staff development. This method were created based on a great analytical research work and was tested  in three organizations. I’ve been working in the fields of knowledge management, analytics, organization of learning processes and competencies management for 4 years. I have developed and conducted more than 40 personal training courses, developed methods, algorithms, and corporate training support systems. My distinctive qualities are attention to details, responsibility, calmness, diligence, and diplomacy.
