Dr. Arpin's research focuses on the application of quantitative methods to the study of social psychological processes, including social interactions, social emotions, and health behavioral outcomes. She has conducted extensive research and published in the areas of loneliness and social determinants of health, using experimental and survey methodology. Dr. Arpin also has experience as a methodology and data analytic consultant on several large grant-funded projects, including DOD-funded intervention studies targeting well-being and social resilience among service-members.

Morgan graduated with a Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Portland State University. She is dedicated to improving workplace experiences by fostering happy, healthy and productive employees through data-informed decision-making. She has experience conducting end-to-end people-centered research utilizing quantitative and qualitative approaches to derive meaningful insights for organizations.

Isis Kontas-Nutter is a highly motivated and driven individual with a passion for environmental science. She earned her Associate's degree in Science Transfer from Portland Community College in 2021 and earned her Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science and Honors at Portland State University, in 2023. In addition to her academic pursuits, Isis has gained valuable experience through various jobs. She has worked as a Night Baker at Panera Bread, demonstrating her ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure. She also worked as an Arcade Attendant at Wunderland, where she honed her customer service skills and attention to detail. Isis is committed to making a positive impact in the field of environmental science. She has a strong understanding of environmental issues and is dedicated to finding sustainable solutions. Her coursework has provided her with a solid foundation in ecology, environmental policy, and conservation biology. In her free time, Isis enjoys writing, and exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest. With her education and experience, Isis is well-equipped to make a difference in the environmental science field and create a more sustainable future.
