About
I have previous experience in consumer insights and strategy. While I was in this space I also obtained an MBA. My MBA program illuminated the need for psychology in the workplace in order to be effective. Today, I combine my experience in consumer strategy and insights with the empirical science piece of I/O psychology to focus on the employee population. I’ve had experience with: * Using data to create a compelling story aligned to a business case * Research deliverables such as Lit Reviews, White Papers, Blue Ocean Possibilities * Strategy deliverables such as Strategic Plans, Recommendations, Implementations * Analytical modeling and insight development through R * Meta-data analysis and understanding of data relationships and the data structures underlying available information * Team management, experience implementing high-impact team research of Dr. Ruth Wageman * Organizational culture work for multiple companies, resulting in company vision/values creation and implementation * Experience consulting various industries, audiences, and inciting specific behaviors such as trial, repetition, or sharing
