Jennifer Patricca is a registered and licensed dietitian with over 20 years of experience in the field of nutrition. She received her Master's degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Oklahoma in 2004 and her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Southern Nazarene University in 2001. After completing her education,Jennifer worked as a Health Promotion Analyst at the Polk County School Board Employee Wellness Program in Lakeland, FL, where she helped implement and manage nutrition and wellness programs for employees. Jennifer also worked as a Corporate Dietitian at Publix Supermarkets, writing health and wellness content, analyzing and developing recipes, and providing expert consulatation on nutrition, ingredients and health claims. In 2023, Jennifer opened her own private practice, Optimized Nutrition LLC, where she continues to provide individualized nutrition counseling and education to clients. She specializes in weight management, sports nutrition, and medical nutrition therapy. In addition to her private practice, Jennifer also works as a Registered Dietitian at Nourish, a wellness center that focuses on holistic health and well-being. She is passionate about helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals through proper nutrition and lifestyle changes. She is dedicated to providing evidence-based nutrition information and empowering individuals to make positive changes in their diet and lifestyle.
