A board certified behavior analyst with extensive data analysis experience with analyzing and graphing data, presenting data analysis with an interdisciplinary team, and implementing interventions. With large caseloads, time management is a necessity. Before behavior inventions can be implemented, first rapport must be built with the individual and those supporting. My background has given me the ability to build rapport with those who will be collecting data, including service providers, new staff, clients and their families. While teaching teams to implement behavior strategies, it is imperative that I discuss risk analysis, reinforcement procedures, and behaviors to increase/decrease. My behavioral understanding has allowed me superior organizational and communication skills. After behavioral implementation, I conduct data fidelity checks to ensure behavior interventions are being implemented as intended, that the data shows an increase in skills or a decrease in maladaptive behaviors. When overlapping with staff or caregivers, I provide corrective feedback, behavior management strategies, and specific details on long lasting behavior change modifications. <br>
