Additionally, Balu has conducted research at ACPS Group, focusing on deep learning and reinforcement learning techniques. In addition to his AI expertise, Balu also has experience in data analysis, having worked as a Data Analyst at JSW Energy. Natalie Anselmi, Ph.D. is a highly dedicated and accomplished researcher in the field of Oral Biology. She received her Ph.D. from the University at Buffalo, State University of New York in 2024, where she specialized in the study of oral diseases and their underlying biological mechanisms. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Cell and Molecular Biology from SUNY Binghamton, which she obtained in 2018. As a Post Doctoral Researcher at the University at Buffalo, she has worked on numerous projects related to oral health and disease, utilizing advanced techniques and methodologies to better understand the complex mechanisms involved. During her graduate studies at the University at Buffalo, Dr. Anselmi served as a Graduate Research Assistant, where she contributed to multiple publications and presentations in prestigious journals and conferences. Aside from her research endeavors, Dr. Anselmi is also a dedicated mentor, sharing her knowledge and expertise with students and colleagues. Dr. Curl then pursued his passion for cognitive psychology and earned his Ph.D. from Syracuse University in 2020. Throughout his academic career, Dr. Curl has focused on understanding the brain and behavior, particularly in the areas of decision-making, memory, and attention. His research has been published in top academic journals and has been presented at national and international conferences. He has also received numerous awards and grants for his research, including the National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship. In addition to his academic achievements, Dr. Curl has also gained valuable experience in the field as the Director of Behavioral Science at the NeuroLeadership Institute. In this role, he has worked with organizations to apply the latest research in cognitive psychology to improve workplace performance and leadership effectiveness. He is a skilled communicator and educator, and has delivered workshops and presentations to diverse audiences. Dr. Curl is highly dedicated to his work and is committed to using his expertise to help individuals and organizations reach their full potential. Pat Barton is the Early Coordinator and philosophy, science, and mathematics instructor for the AZ Montessori Teacher Educator Program She has trained Montessorians for more than 15 years. She has been a Montessori early childhood guide for 20 years. She currently works as the instructional coach at a public Montessori school in Tempe, AZ.. She has an American Montessori Society AMS Early Childhood credential.. She has a BSJ with a certificate in integrated arts from Northwestern University, an MA in Education from Ottawa University, and an MA in Informational Resources and Library Science from the University of Arizona. She recently completed Ph.D. with a dissertation in Montessori hybrid teacher education at the University of Buffalo.
