She then pursued her Ph.D. in Environmental Science at UC Riverside, where she also worked as a Teaching Assistant and Graduate Student Researcher. Alyssa's expertise lies in remote sensing and she has served as a technical consultant at UCLA. She has also held positions as a Lab Manager and Junior Specialist at UC Merced, further honing her skills in environmental science. Throughout her education and career, Alyssa has been passionate about using her skills and knowledge to address pressing environmental issues. She has conducted research on topics such as climate change, water quality, and biodiversity, and has presented her findings at various conferences.
