About
The past 5 years of my research have focused on the relationship and sexual well-being of individuals and couples. I primarily focus on sexual difficulties and how these dilemmas are associated with personal and interpersonal outcomes. Currently, my main research projects focus on understanding individuals' experiences with frequent sexual performance anxiety in the areas of cognitive, affective, and coping domains. Furthermore, how strongly sexual performance anxiety is linked to relationship satisfaction, sexual satisfaction, and sexual distress. I hope to explore sexual script theory and sexual dysfunction beliefs within the realm of sexual performance anxiety in hopes of further establishing beliefs and values that may be covered in therapy.
