Dr. Khaja holds a Doctorate in Education Leadership from the University of St. Francis. Throughout his career, Dr. Khaja has focused on implementing innovative and student-centered teaching practices, as well as developing and leading effective professional development programs for teachers. He has a strong understanding of education policy, curriculum design and research in multiple schools. He is dedicated to fostering a collaborative and supportive school culture, and has a deep understanding of effective leadership practices and strategies. In addition to his work in education, Dr. Khaja committed to staying current with the latest political science research.
