Dr. Hichem HENCHIRI holds a Ph.D. in natural substance chemistry. He has held various leadership positions in the cosmetics active ingredients industry, including 9 years at Solabia Group as the R&D Manager for Natural Actives. Currently, he serves as the Head of Innovation and Business Development at Arboretum Ingredients, a new player in the cosmetic active ingredient sector in France. Dr. Hichem Henchiri possesses scientific and technical expertise in the development of natural actives on an industrial scale, achieved through various innovative and environmentally friendly techniques, including ultrasounds assisted extraction, sub and supercritical fluids extraction.
