About

I'm currently a Professor at North Carolina State University, a Visiting Scholar at Duke University's Center for Advanced Hindsight, an Honorary Professor at the University of Cape Town in South Africa, and President-Elect of the International Association of Applied Psychology. In the university setting, I oversee the 4D Lab, which focuses on research at the intersection of work, psychology, technology, and sustainable development. I'm passionate about using psychological science and technological advances to improve well-being and economic mobility and am involved in a number of projects focused on enhancing the health, happiness, and productivity of people and organizations in different parts of the world.
