Dr. Diana Marrero is an Assistant Professor of Nutritional Science at Cornell University. She holds a master’s degree in Nutritional Science from the University of California, Berkeley, which she earned in 2014, and a doctorate in Nutritional Science from the same institution, which she earned in 2020. Dr. Marrero has a great passion for the study of nutrition and human health, and she is dedicated to conducting research and teaching students to improve the health of individuals and communities. She is also the author of several publications in peer-reviewed journals, focusing on nutrition-related topics. Her research interests range from the effects of diet on chronic diseases to the impact of nutrition on mental and physical health.
