William R. Dougherty is a highly experienced materials science consultant with a Ph.D. in Polymer Science and Engineering from Lehigh University and a B.S. and M.S. in Polymer Science from The Pennsylvania State University. With over 40 years of experience in the materials science industry, William has a strong background in research and development, applications development, and product development.
