IN-2-Market is a non-profit organization focused on enabling new and unique collaboration among the world-class research institutions, corporations and innovation communities within the Tri-State Region (Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia). Convened Appalachian Energy Future, a public/private partnership to establish a low-carbon and hydrogen industrial hub within the Tri-State Region. Also co-founded the Keystone Space Collaborative to promote and advocate for commercial space opportunities in the region.

As majority owner, my role at Docherty is behind the scenes, honoring Deb's legacy and supporting our phenomenal team in building the next chapter of Docherty, through innovation, teamwork and best practices.

In support of a key regional strategic initiative, led the development and launch of this innovative new corporate/startup program for Pittsburgh and the region. As an interim executive with Innovation Works (IW), helped local and global corporations connect and collaborate with the world-class entrepreneurial talent and technology in the region (AI, Robotics, HealthTech & more). IW is one of the nation's most active seed-stage investors and has invested nearly $65M in more than 200 local startups (which have gone on to raise more than $1.7B in follow-on capital). IW is also founder of two Pittsburgh-based accelerators: AlphaLab (software and AI) and AlphaLab Gear (hardware and robotics).
