As a passionate advocate and seasoned professional, my research focuses on innovative digital organizing, grassroots advocacy, and community development. My expertise extends to the design and implementation of a successful reproductive rights grant program in collaboration with grassroots and national nonprofits, resulting in a substantial increase in support. My research efforts were directed toward driving cross-functional collaboration and advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. I led national working groups and orchestrated large-scale events, contributing to my understanding of effective strategies for mobilization and community engagement. With a diverse academic background, including a Master of Arts in International Studies and certifications in government affairs and project management, my research-oriented approach is fortified by a commitment to advancing impactful advocacy and community development endeavors domestically and internationally. I am eager to contribute my research expertise to further the understanding of effective strategies in grassroots engagement and political change. <br>
