As an expert in strategic planning and hands-on business execution, assisted in building two startups from a home boutique consulting firm which specialized in providing service of contract research and custom synthesis to various Fine Chemicals, Pharma and Biotech companies across globe, and another startup in a green technology/sustainable energy to generate electricity from coconut shell and proprietary herbal cosmetic products using coconut charcoal and coconut oil as base. Working at various Pharma, Fine Chemicals and Contract Research Organization gave an experience of a strong synthetic chemist with ability to focus and solve complex synthetic problems, develop easy sustainable routes to increase profitability and reduction of time frame and loan licensed product development. Working at Zydus Cadila Research center helped me to understand the basic medicinal chemistry to build small molecules for the target disease and noninfringement routes. Working with Sigma Aldrich opened the door to being a part of Business development and helped to understand critical, technical value drivers to incorporate perspective and priorities of multiple stake holders into business strategies.
