Jennifer Larsen earned her DVM in Veterinary Medicine, followed by an MS and PhD in Nutrition. She has held positions as Assistant/Associate Professor of Clinical Nutrition VM: Molecular Biosciences at the University of California, Davis, and as an Associate Veterinarian in the Nutrition Support Service at the Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital, University of California, Davis. Dr. Larsen also serves as a Consultant for Davis Veterinary Medical Consulting Inc.
