On a second project, worked hand in hand with Rebuilding Together, a US non-profit to increase their presence in the Greater Burlington Area Developed and marketed their social welfare programs through social media and SEO in the Burlington Area and beyond Provided workshops as part of leadership seminars for community members, geared at creating and initializing outreach programs to draw in more volunteers for the Non-Profit

Responsible for coordinating all outreach and recruitment for the 350 Mass Activism group and its summer action against new fossil fuel infrastructure in Massachusetts. Led, planned and charted the route for the 2016 summer action which was a four-day march ending with a speech at the State House in Boston, to educate and raise public awareness of the impact of fossil fuel consumption on the local and national environment. Duties also included overseeing a small group of outreach fellows, organizing and leading weekly check-ins with other climate action groups

Led team to conduct detailed sector analysis of international firms working with USAID to determine needs and opportunities relative to sustainability and humanitarian aid operations. After reviewing multiple frameworks including SASB modeled analysis on United Nations Sustainable Development Goals taxonomy and frameworks. Beginning with more than 20 USAID Private Sector Landscape Assessments conducted a windowing process to classify firms into rational groupings based on common pain-points ability to engage consulting and interest in sustainability consulting. Used analysis tools such as Dedoose and Excel to actively develop service and go-to-market strategies for USAID partnership. Develop a detailed cost-aware roll out program for the framework.
