About

Mudra Choudhury is a highly motivated individual with a strong passion for bioinformatics. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Oregon State University, where she gained valuable research experience as an undergraduate researcher. She then pursued a PhD degree in Bioinformatics IDP from the University of California Los Angeles, where she received in-depth training in computational biology, data analysis, and programming. During her time at UCLA, Mudra worked as a graduate researcher, conducting research using large-scale NGS data in neuropsychiatric disorders. She also gained practical experience as a bioinformatics intern at Bristol Myers Squibb, where she worked on a project related to B-cell lymphoma drug discovery. After completing her PhD, Mudra joined Sanford Burnham Prebys Medical Discovery Institute as a bioinformatics specialist, where she uses her skills to analyze and interpret the complex relationship between aging and cancer. With her strong educational background and diverse research experience, Mudra is well-equipped to make significant contributions to the field of bioinformatics.
