About

I'm an industrial-organizational psychologist interested in leadership and team development. I earned a PhD from Colorado State University and have a balanced background in terms of research and practice. For the past eight years, I worked for technology and manufacturing companies in their leadership and talent development function. Prior to that, I did research and product development for a training and development consulting company. There, I designed assessments and corporate learning programs to enhance leaders' social intelligence (e.g., resiliency, emotional intelligence, agility, etc.) - these were sold to companies around the globe and across multiple industries.  Looking forward to collaborating!
