Post-Doctoral Research in Lung Regeneration / December, 2019 — June, 2022

Developed multi-cellular organoid models for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. Screened prophylactic drugs for SARS-CoV2 in human respiratory organoid cultures. Established an explant model to successfully transplant alveolar stem cells ex vivo. Undertook lineage tracing studies to decipher the impact of stromal signals on alveolar stem cell dynamics.
