About

Adrienne (they/them) has been working in emerging technology since 2008, starting with touch screens and accelerometers at Nintendo and then branching out into virtual reality, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. They have led design for products that have been on the Time's 100 Best Inventions list, received an NVIDIA GTC Innovation award, and won grants from the US Department of Education and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. In addition to helping clients leverage AI responsibly, Adrienne has led the design team at Khan Academy to launch an AI tutor and teaching assistant powered by GPT-4. They previously studied at MIT and the University of Washington.
