Develops user manuals, best-practice guides, and other reference materials for pharmaceutical and biotech clients, ensuring clarity and accuracy by collaborating cross-functionally with product managers and engineering teams to gather and validate technical information. Utilizes tools including MadCap Flare, Asana, GitHub, and Amazon CLI to facilitate documentation processes, test product panels, organize tickets and requests for new content, and to streamline project management. Co-authored grant applications and spearheaded proposal writing efforts for the NIH and the FDA. Authored and edited platform documentation, guides, tutorials, and blog posts on new product features as well as a monthly newsletter for scientists clinicians and students on Seven Bridges Platform usage. Developed and implemented document management plans and led a seminar series on Shipley Proposal Guide training modules for the Programs Team.

Reviewed and negotiated documents related to the formal licensing of MITs intellectual property to third parties such as start-up companies or corporations. Reviewed Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs) developing skills in critical reading review and renegotiation of contracts and other legal documents.

PhD Candidate in Bio Engineering / September, 2014 — April, 2019

Performed research as a PhD candidate in the Advanced Biomaterials for Neuro-Engineering Laboratory (ABNEL) with Principal Investigator Abigail Koppes. Investigated the mechanisms by which ultrasonic stimulation aects peripheral neurons and glia. Authored three scientic publications on the topic of ultrasonic neuromodulation. Presented Acoustic Neuromodulation Enhances Peripheral Neurite Extension at the Biomedical Engineering Society (BMES) Conference 2017 in Phoenix AZ.

Chief Operating Officer / November, 2014 — September, 2016

Secured a $10,000 prototype funding prize from the IDEA Center in 2015 becoming a semi-finalist in MassChallenge 2016. Led the product design and development aspects of the startup company in developing low-cost robust respirators for neonatal care in the developing world. Drafted grant applications and fundraising technical documentation. Met with industry mentors and clinicians, pitched concepts to investors, and managed junior team members.
