About

Holly Felix is a highly educated and experienced professional in the field of public policy, specifically in the area of health policy. She received her PhD in Public Policy with a sub-specialty in health policy from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 2005. Prior to this, she earned her MPA in Public Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1990 and her BA in Political Science from the same university in 1987. Throughout her academic career, Holly has held various positions at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, including Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, and Instructor. Her extensive experience in teaching and research has allowed her to develop a deep understanding of health policy and its impact on communities, as well as the skills needed to effectively educate and engage students in this field. She is a published author and has presented her research at numerous conferences and symposiums. Holly is dedicated to making a positive impact in the field of public health and continues to actively contribute to the advancement of this area through her teaching, research, and consulting work.
