Self-motivated research scientist with 10+ years of extensive experience in immunology, regenerative medicine, stem cell biology, T-cell bioengineering, mechanism of action study, in vitro/ in vivo assays, knowledge of sample collection, in-vivo model development for cancer, acute organ injury, bone fracture, sepsis, multiple sclerosis, IBD. ➢ Ability to work independently and within a team, leveraging experience in innovative lab technologies, resulting in a federal grant of $430,000 from the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases of the National Institutes of Health. ➢ Team leader, able to manage project priorities, mentored students, technicians, and post-docs. Responsible for writing and timely submissions for IACUC, IRB protocols, NIH/DOD/CIRM and institutional grant proposals. ➢ Completed projects on developing novel immune or cell therapies, resulting in +10 high-impact publications and one international patent.
