About

As an Assistant Professor of Supply Chain Management at Rutgers Business School, I combine my passion for research, teaching, and service to advance the fields of supply chain analytics, operations research, operational excellence, and energy systems. I have a PhD in Industrial and Systems Engineering and a MS in Statistics from Rutgers University, and a MEng in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing from Stevens Institute of Technology. With over 15 years of experience in various industries and organizations, I have developed and applied my skills in mathematical modeling, data analysis, advisory consulting, project management, resource optimization, and business process optimization. I have published several high-impact publications since 2017, and I maintain a 98% pass rate for over 60 students who completed the Six Sigma Black Belt training course. I also serve as a faculty director at a professional certification institute. My goal is to create and disseminate knowledge that can help organizations improve their performance, efficiency, and sustainability.
