Led major aspects of 7 research studies. Prepared pre- and post-data analysis using computational software. Analyzed large datasets and presented milestone updates within academia and industry to primary stakeholders. Communicated insights to different audiences in empirical research papers 10+ presentations at scientific conferences and 10+ interviews at news outletsradiopodcasts. Developed safer methods for testing athletic equipment efficacy. Communicated scientific data to the general public to increase safety in youth sports.

Used advanced scientific knowledge transfer to develop and designed a research project proposal to travel and collaborate with medical professionals at the Universitt Bern. Learned new skills related to cardiac medicine use of in-house devices and software. Strengthened Canadas capacity for knowledge transfer and international collaboration by building an international research partnership that supports innovation.

Introduced to the bio design process approach to medical innovation. Trained in entrepreneurial design-based approaches to address clinical problems. Led discussion and meetings of a team of 5 engineers and medical doctors. Ideated 100+ unique designs and conceptualized final product and provided final pitch design to 5+ investors with a 500k budget.

Generated reports for the Board of Directors. Presented key objectives and results for an expansion protocol to grow the organization. Designed and provided a higher value proposition for consultants as a means to increase retention and provide growth within the organization. Mao Biomechanics
Research Lab Coordinator / January, 2022 — December
Acted as an Undergraduate supervising mentor for summer engineering students in the Mao Biomechanics lab. Responsibilities included onboarding instructing designing and developing summer projects for students. Incorporated finite element modeling professional development literature review and data analysis. Topics of the designed project revolved around electrophysiology biomechanics impact testing and sports safety.

Engineering Graduate Councillor / January, 2019 — December, 2021
Voted as one of the standing Councillors for the Graduate Engineering Society at Western University working directly with the President and Vice-President. Polled discussed and voted with Graduate representatives and Governing bodies of the University to ensure the Engineering department was well represented at Institution wide discussions relevant to the direction of the department.
