Myrtle Jacobs is a Professor of Policy Analysis at the University of Pennsylvania. She is also the founding director of the Penn Program in Urban Policy and Leadership, which is focused on the analysis of urban issues and the development of policy solutions. Dr. Jacobs has a M.S. in Policy Analysis from the London School of Economics and a Ph.D. in Policy Analysis from the Harvard Kennedy School. Her research focuses on the analysis of urban policy, with a particular focus on the impact of economic inequality on cities.
