I developed and implemented the Indiana Governor's environmental policies as the head of the state environmental agency. I lead the 900 person state agency, testified before the state legislature, served on a number of Boards and Commissions as a member of Governor Eric Holcomb's cabinet.

I formulated a $130 million budget, devised a new agency department, and was appointed by the Governor to serve the Commissioner.

I supervised 40 inspectors, data managers, and managed an operator certification program.

I led a program designed to provide low-interest loans to municipalities and closed $350 million in loans to over 50 communities.
