Dr. Anderson D. Prewitt is a technology leader specializing in the responsible application of AI and advanced Machine Learning technologies. As a Principal AI Specialist at Fabrx Space, he spearheads cutting-edge AI solutions using transformer models and deep learning techniques. Dr. Prewitt holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Ph.D. in Materials & Science Engineering from the University of Florida, where his research focused on sensor materials and data modeling. His interdisciplinary background spans electrical engineering, materials science, and data science, allowing him to bridge theoretical frameworks with practical applications. Currently serving as an AI Strategy & Data Ethics Facilitator at Cornell University, Dr. Prewitt is passionate about instilling in future leaders an understanding of the critical importance of AI, data science, and ethics. He also teaches courses at the University of South Florida and conducts research relating to the Enterprise use of AI Information Systems. As an AI 2030 Scientific Advisor, he works with a global team to address various aspects of responsible AI, including governance, principles, and best practices.
