He received his PsyD in Organization Development from Alliant International University in 2023 and his MA in Organizational Behavior from Alliant International University in 2021. He received his BA in Psychology from California State University, Fresno in 2011. He has been an independent consultant since 2019, providing consulting services to various organizations and individuals. He specializes in working with organizations to assess and improve their operations and culture and with individuals to help them reach their personal and professional goals.
