Nikesha completed Aspen University's accelerated doctorate program in slightly over three and a half years. She earned a Doctorate of Education in Leadership and Learning with a specialization in Organizational Leadership. Her research focused on workplace incivility (WI), a prevalent issue in various industries globally. Nikesha identified ways to prevent, stop, decrease, or eliminate workplace incivility through the sixth and seventh themes. If the sixth and seventh themes are not addressed during the occurrence of the virus "No One's Doing Anything," workplace incivility will persist and continue to negatively impact the workplace and society like an incurable disease.
