My passion for helpings others and concern over our future motivates me to make the world a better place for everyone. As an undergraduate student, I became more aware of the state of our world as well as developed a desire to continue my education. While living in Sweden, I found a master’s program in sustainable development and environmental science, and I knew this would be my path to help people on a broader scale. Now, I am continuing that pursuit as a Ph.D. candidate in Sustainability at the University of South Dakota.
