Dr. Francisco Galarte is a highly accomplished scholar and educator in the fields of educational policy, cultural studies, and Latina/o studies. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2011, and has since held various academic positions at prestigious universities.
