Developed and implemented reporting using PowerBI Eloqua and Adobe Analytics dashboards to present operational and database metrics enhancing the Marketing Department's strategic analysis capabilities. Facilitate informed decision-making by providing comprehensive data reports to Marketing and Sales teams ensuring data-driven strategies. Created new data cleanup initiatives and processes improving data accuracy and usability for cross-functional teams within the organization. A new quarterly auditing process was implemented of which deletion of inactive segments of contacts normalization type errors and other common database mistakes were reviewed and fixed. The deletion of these big segments assisted in continued compliance between the company and Eloqua. Jira and Workfront daily use for tickets and project management. Maintained project communication and progress through Jira across multiple teams in the organization. Using an intake form created by the team reporting task related tickets such as PowerBI dashboard maintenance and creation were sorted and assigned to myself. Adobe dashboard development tickets were assigned to myself as well. These tasks included meeting with stakeholders presenting the insights found after the build out of the dashboard.
