Quantitative UX Researcher / August, 2020 — Present

As a quantitative UX researcher at Meta, I use primarily quantitative methods (e.g., survey research, log data, statistical coding) and secondarily qualitative methods (e.g., interviewing, card sorting) to reveal insights about team products (e.g., QPs, ad experience bundles, ad controls) to guide upper leadership's decision-making or company models about them. More specifically, my research on Meta’s Responsibility and Privacy team often looks at: 1. how users control ad experiences they do not like, 2. user education on company practices, and 3. user trust and comfort with data-sharing. During my time at Meta, I was selected to present at their annual research summit (less than 5% of applicants are selected) and I have received multiple positive performance ratings (e.g., my most recent rating for H1 of 2023 was Exceeds Expectations which places me in the top bracket of my role for my work performance).
