Brad Doughty holds a Master of Science in Environmental Science (MSES) and a Master of Public Affairs (MPA) in Energy from Indiana University Bloomington, earned in 2019, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from John Carroll University (2015). He currently serves as Director of Sustainability at Greif, following his previous role as Sustainability Reporting and Disclosure Manager at the same company. Prior to his tenure at Greif, Brad developed extensive consulting experience at ERM (Environmental Resources Management), progressing from Consultant to Principal Consultant in Sustainability Strategy and Disclosure.

Develop and implement Greif's sustainability strategy towards our 2030 sustainability goals through cross-functional engagement, effective communications, and leadership and direction of strategic programs. • Lead the production of Greif's annual Sustainability Report to showcase sustainability strategy, progress, and commitments to key stakeholders including customers and colleagues. • Manage global sustainability-related regulatory reporting activities. • Oversee sustainability governance activities, including internal reporting, leadership engagement, and disclosure and data collection, validation, analysis, controls, and effectiveness. • Guide development of decarbonization strategy, roadmap, and program.

Responsible for managing ESG data, reporting, and disclosures under voluntary and regulatory reporting frameworks. Supporting Greif's Build to Last strategy through data governance strategies, supporting key external stakeholder communications, reports, and requests for information, and implementing programs and initiatives to drive continuous business improvement.
