Researched the role of VCAM-1 in Lymphocyte Homing in Lymphoid tissue by using VCAM-1 Conditional KO mice. Conducted high throughput genomic study of FLT-3L induced Splenic Dendritic cells (CD11c+B220+ Sorted) to identify functional genes responsible for antigen cross-presentation. Used RNAi to knock down specific genes for Antigen cross presentation and functionally characterized them. Cloned and expressed TAT-Cre Recombinase protein in E. coli. Functionally Characterized the purified TAT-Cre Recombinase protein by transducing in knock-in alleles containing cells for DNA-recombination.
