Dr. Mark Sharfman is a highly accomplished academic and leader in the field of management. He received his PhD in Management from the University of Arizona in 1985, where he specialized in organizational behavior and strategic management. Dr. Sharfman has over 30 years of experience in academia, serving as a faculty member, department chair, and director at various universities including The University of Oklahoma. Throughout his career, Dr. Sharfman has published numerous articles in top academic journals and presented at prestigious conferences on topics such as decision making, leadership, and organizational change. He has also received several awards for his teaching and research, including the Outstanding Educator Award from the Southern Management Association. In addition to his academic achievements, Dr. Sharfman has also consulted for various organizations, providing expertise in areas such as strategic planning, leadership development, and team building. He is known for his ability to bridge the gap between theory and practice, making his work highly applicable to real-world situations.
