Design and optimize custom genetic panels using Agena’s Assay Design Suite, troubleshooting for maximum performance. Develop customized reports backed by peer-reviewed annotations for clients. Led the full validation process for a custom oral health pathogen panel on the QuantStudio 5, including developing the SOP, performing method validation studies (linearity, LOD, stability, interfering, precision, and accuracy testing) to ensure assay reliability, and analyzing data to produce a comprehensive validation report. SOP creation and implementation. Redesigned the company website on a new platform, simplifying navigation and content management. Create blog posts to break down complex genetic concepts into easy to understand summaries, enhancing client understanding and engagement.
