Jennifer Lueck is an accomplished communication scholar with a Ph.D. in Mass Communication and Media Science from the University of Minnesota System, which she obtained in 2016. Prior to this, she earned her Master's degree in Mass Communication from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2012 and her Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn in 2009. Dr. Lueck's research focuses on media effects, media psychology, and media literacy. She is particularly interested in understanding the impact of media on individuals' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral responses. Her work has been published in journals such as Social Science and Medicine, Journal of Health Communication, and Patient Education & Counseling. In addition to her academic background, Dr. Lueck also has extensive teaching experience. She is currently an Associate Professor at Texas A&M University, where she teaches courses on media effects, media psychology, and research methods.
