Carmen Maria Rodriguez is a highly educated and experienced food scientist with a passion for creating innovative and sustainable food products. She obtained her Master's degree in Food Science and Technology from Universidad Autónoma Chapingo in 2015, after completing her Bachelor's degree in Food Science from Escuela Agrícola Panamericana Zamorano in 2012. Carmen's career in the food industry began as an R&D assistant at Corporación Dinant where she helped develop snack products. She then moved on to work as a Product Developer at Corporación Multi Inversiones, where she developed new and improved food products for the market. Her passion for research and development led her to work as the Meat Plant Instructor at Escuela Agrícola Panamericana Zamorano, where she gained hands-on experience in food production and quality control. Carmen worked as a Food Sr. Scientist at Cargill, a global leader in the food industry and she continues to apply her knowledge and skills to create innovative and sustainable food solutions. Carmen's expertise in food science, coupled with her strong work ethic and dedication, make her a valuable asset in the food industry. She is committed to using her knowledge and experience to contribute to the development of sustainable and healthy food products for the benefit of society.
