About

I am a Professor of Exercise and Health Science with a research focus on how exercise can be used to enhance human performance across diverse populations, from athletes to individuals with compromised health. My work sits at the intersection of sport, health, and rehabilitation, with a strong emphasis on translating research into real-world outcomes. I have developed an international research programme in vibration exercise and applied performance science, working with industry and partners to influence practice, policy, and innovation. I am motivated by a desire to help people unlock their potential—whether that is improving performance, enhancing recovery, or supporting long-term health and wellbeing.
