My name is Victoria Aamoth and I have a passion for protecting and conserving our oceans and marine life. I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of South Alabama in 2020, where I gained a strong foundation in the sciences. After graduation, I worked as a Customer Service Associate at Publix Super Markets while I pursued my Masters in Marine Science and Conservation from Unity College. During my time at Unity College, I had the opportunity to conduct research on marine ecosystems and the impact of climate change on marine species. I also completed a Masters in Environmental GIS to further develop my skills in mapping and analyzing environmental data. In addition to my academic pursuits, I have also gained practical experience in the environmental field. I worked as a Biology Consultant at Outlier, where I assisted with data collection and analysis for various AI driven software development projects. I also managed properties for Cabana Beach Properties, which taught me the importance of responsible and sustainable land management. Through my education and experience, I have developed a strong understanding of marine science and conservation principles, as well as practical skills in GIS and data analysis. I am dedicated to using my knowledge and skills to make a positive impact on the environment as a whole.
