Dr. Monica Motley is a highly accomplished educator and public health professional with a diverse background in social justice, public health, and health equity. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Veterinary Medicine from the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine at Virginia Tech, as well as a Master of Public Health degree in Population Health Science and a Master of Science in Education from the same university. Dr. Motley has a strong passion for research and has served as a faculty member at Virginia Tech for the past decade, where she has taught, served on graduate committees, and managed various complex research projects. She also works as a consultant via her own boutique firm, providing expert guidance to organizations and government agencies on various equity-related topics.
