Jeremy Ross has served as an Assistant Professor, Research Track at the University of Kentucky since 2019. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and certified performance and sport scientist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. With extensive experience as an exercise physiologist and strength and conditioning coach, Jeremy has contributed to various research projects and peer-reviewed publications focused on military performance, overreaching, and injury prevention. His current research explores the overreaching effects of intense special operations tactical training, with a focus on improving operational readiness in military personnel.
