She holds a Sc.D. in Food Safety, Commodity Science & Expertise from Odessa National Academy of Food Technology and a Ph.D. in Food Preserving Technology from Odessa Institute of Food Technology. Her doctoral dissertation focused on the scientific substantiation of quality formation and evaluation of dispersion systems of fruit and vegetable foodstuffs. With over 20 years of experience in the field, Dr. Bocharova has held various academic positions at the Odessa National Academy of Food Technologies . She has also worked as an Associate Consultant at Leatherhead Food Research, a leading food research and consulting company. Dr. Bocharova's expertise lies in the areas of food safety, commodity science, and physical chemistry. She has published numerous research papers in reputable journals and has presented her work at international conferences. As a lecturer and professor, she has mentored and trained many students and professionals in the field.
