Focused on providing scaled-up processes, materials processing capabilities and model materials to enable the development of new toner technologies & products and engineering the process solutions for toner manufacturing advancement. Product Delivery Manager to successfully deliver 1st generation of Xerox chemical toners for DocuColor 1632, 2240, 3535, CWCP 32, 40 & M24. Supervised five EA toner delivery teams to successfully deliver various EA toners for Xerox CWCP 2128/2636/3545 multifunctional printers, Xerox Nuvera 144/288 digital production printers and OEM & Aftermarket products. Led the Chemical Toner Process Team to provide process engineering equipment and process recommendations for Xerox chemical toner plants design, construction & qualification. The team had recommended innovative process and equipment upgrades to increase productivity in chemical toner manufacturing. The team members were critical partners in the great success of the two multi-million dollar chemical toner plants start-up and chemical toner qualifications in 2001 & 2007, impressive especially given the aggressive timeline and limited resources.
